This works great but 4 stars because I can't seem to find replacement heads? I am wondering if they are available or recommendations on a compatible brand?

this thing doesn't charge properly. It hasn't even been 6 months since i bought this and no matter how much you charge it, it just doesn't work when I need it too. Even if I don't use it the battery still drains. Ughhh stupid cheap brand.

so i bought the brush and it was amazing!! but when i wanted to use it it didn't turn on so i charged it like 2 days later it still doesn't work i don't have the instructions right now and i don't know what am i supposed to do

Bought this recently, but it's made a world of difference already! My pores are shrinking, they aren't clogged anymore, my skin is finally starting to clear up and it's not dry anymore! I use the soft bristle head for my cleanser, the sponge head to put on my lotion (really gets it into the skin) and I use the silicone head dry for a nice massage and stimulation of the skin. My face is so soft now it's amazing.

What is each head for how do use sponge? I love the other 2 heads but not sure what supposed e do with third one says fir moisturizing but I don't get how do use it run in cream?

I bought this in December and it had been a great addition to my skin care routine. I loved the fact that it came in a travel case since I workout in the mornings before work/class and it was a reasonable price. But this morning I woke up to the sound of it running (by itself) in my bathroom. I tried to turn it off and it changed directions and I did briefly get it to turn off, but it turned right back on again and now it won't turn off.
