How to use
DIRECTIONS: • Before using, point away from affected area and spray a small amount of Saline Wound Wash to clear nozzle. • To dispense, point and spray solution over affected area. • Repeat until area is clean. Adjust distance as needed. • Apply as often as needed or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. • 360-degree dispenser allows can to be held in any position, even upside down. • Standardized pressure removes dirt from scrapes, abrasions and minor cuts. • Replace cap after use.

CONTAINER MAY EXPLODE IF HEATED. Do not puncture. Do not burn. Store away from heat. CAUTION: Contents under pressure. Avoid spraying in eyes. I'm confirming that the other reviews saying this shoots out like a firehose and a complete waste of product to use are absolutely correct. I bought this to use on an older piercing that started giving me trouble and it's a good thing that I'm using it as a soak on cotton pads versus having to spray...

good for piercings
has a very aggressive stream when u spray but thats to be expected, just press quick, lightly and get close to the piercing. youll get the hang of it lol, i did drench myself my first try
Great for piercings
DONT SPRAY DIRECTLY ON YOUR PIERCING! it does have a lot of pressure and can irritate your piercing. what i do is spray it in a shot glass or cap (make sure to press with as little pressure as possible so it doesn't spray everywhere) and use a q-tip to clean the piercing
LOVE LOVE LOVE this!!
Whether I use it for my wound care after a surgery, or to wash out a scrape or on my furbabies when they have a wound it is simply amazing and has enough pressure to help clean out any debris when you fall and get like gravel in your cut.
Spray function is awful, do not buy this
The component sprays too much too aggressively that not only is it painful on an already tender piercing wound but also wastes so much of it. I bought this less than 2 weeks ago, didn't even use it every day like the H2O brand one I had and I am already out of it. It wastes SO much. What a waste. Don't buy this.
It's a wound spray, not a piercing spray
Not sure why people are deducting stars for the spray pressure when this is very clearly a wound spray for washing out cuts and scrapes, not a piercing spray. If you want a finer mist, go buy a can specifically for piercings. With that said, 5 stars for being as advertised and fairly priced.
Beware of the spray pressure🧯
Good product, it relieves my double helix ear piercings. I saw someone say the pressure is of like a fire hydrant, they're not wrong😭 I just lightly spray the liquid onto the cap and then put in on my piercing

I swapped out my ages old tragus jewelry and the stress of unlocking the old and tightening the new got both my ears aching - one powerwash with this firehose of a spray later and they already both feel better. Just wrap your shoulders with a towel, do it over the sink, have a q-tip on hand to dry out your ear canal, and embrace the thoroughness.
Awful spray
Not good for piercings. This comes out of as full stream spray instead of a nice mist. Completely soaks you everywhere if trying to use for piercings.
the only review you need
so i bought this after reading reviews saying the spraying part was aggressive and thought theres no way its THAT bad... it was. i'm so glad i tested it in my sink before on myself. its not a bad product, just a bad bottle. i transferred it to another spray bottle (like the travel ones from dollarama) and it works sm better! if you need smth cheap this works well, but if you want to spend practically double just for a better bottle because you see it worth it then totally go for it
Careful if u buy this for piercings
Works well to sanitize, but pressure is so so strong and might reverse healing time. Wasted way too much product. U have to barely press it for a tiny soft stream to come out and you'll be fine. Practise getting the pressure right before pointing it at your piercing please!
