How to use
Adults: Slide toes into stretcher one toe at a time, starting with the big toe. If the smallest toe does not fit at first, leave it out and try to fit again after a few uses. The stretcher is strong enough to stretch toes, but soft enough to not hurt toes. Wear 5 to 10 minutes a day.
Warnings
Do not place on an open wound. If you have diabetes, consult with your physician before use. If irritation, discomfort or poor circulation occurs, discontinue use and notify our physician. Do not put shoes on over stretcher. Do not walk or drive while wearing stretcher.

Excellent product. I have bought other brands but this is definitely the best. Creates a lot of space between the toes.
