Don't bother- useless
Don't waste your time with this, don't even try to get it to work it's so user unfriendly. Hasn't taken a reading since day one our temperatures are always in the 20 Celsius range. Had a Braun before worked great for over 15 years but I wanted to get something newer so bought this one. It's terrible...

My family and I do not recommend
The readings are always inaccurate and compared it to other devices on the market. Hence my low confidence on depending on this product
Don't bother- useless

I would return it to Shoppers but I just didn't bother with it and now it's been over a year or two that I've had it. Definitely a 0-rating if I could.
Not good
This is a horrible thermometer. Does not work . Waste of money . My son's temp is 38.5 and this thermometer keeps saying Lo or 26.9c .
Complete Junk
Do not waste your money on this junk. As others said, thermometer gave us a few ok readings, now only reads 34 degrees despite having a fever. The user interface is also terrible but, kind of irrelevant as the device doesn't work properly regardless. I've seen reviews dating back several years, really sad to see this product is still being sold in 2024. Do not waste your money on this.
Junk product do not waste your money
Only worked for the first few weeks of use. Shows that I am hypothermic even though I am in good health and shows my child at 97 degrees F even though she is running a high fever. Overpriced garbage. Judging by the other reviews I just read, this is an issue Shopper's should know about but does not care to rectify.

Worked for the first few readings and is now consistently reading low, we're all hypothermic. Waste of money.

Taking an ear reading by pulling back the ear lobe gave me consistent results which were a bit low, pretty much in the same range as the in-ear thermometer at the hospital. The next time I go in I'm going to bring this thermometer with me and test it against the hospital's in-ear and head swipe thermometers to compare the results.
No good anymore
Worked 6 months ago now the reading is not wrong saying 34, my child seems hot. I tried on myself the mother & reading is 34. I wish I saved the recipet and box to return it. Waste of money

Don't waste your money
Got this one because the braun was out of stock. Readings are always way off. Said my daughter was 95 even though she felt warm, and sits normally at 98. Useless.
