How to use
Instructions for cold use: • Wrap in a plastic bag and cool in freezer for at least 4 hours, then use Instructions for heat: • Fold the pack in two and place it in the center of the microwave’s turntable • Heating time may need to be adjusted, due to differences in power of individual microwaves. To prevent overheating of the pack, microwave in 30-second increments until desired temperature is reached. Total heating time should not exceed 2 minutes.

It smoked up our apartment. We did not like it.
An overpriced bag of Hay Fever.
My family is allergic to it. We all get itchy using it, and it smells funny. We went back to the good old hot water bottle by Life. Cheaper and no stinky smell. My daughter's Physiotherapist told her to use ice for her ankle and not these kind of bags.
Wellness Must-have!
I love this produce the contours of the bag allow for effortless compression on the neck and shoulders. Super relaxing and great for stiffness/soreness. I also love that it is made in Canada by a Canadian company.
Can't live without it
I use this every day, multiple times a day. One minute and 30 seconds in the microwave and you are set. It is nice and warm and feels great on your shoulders. Warms you right up!
