I've been using this product for many years. It does a great job at removing my eye makeup (none of which is waterproof).
Did not remove waterproof mascara
Bought it to remove waterproof mascara as it claims to do on the tube but all it did was clump them together even after soaking them with a cotton pad.

I love Marcelle products and have never been disappointed. This product is "okay" but it doesn't improve my puffy eyes (from the aloe vera ingredient) or provide extra soothing properties. It is only a small tube but with a big price. I have had better luck with other SDM brands. This one is a "miss" for me.
