Lip liner does not twist up
The tip does not twist up as advertised making this the most expensive makeup I've ever bought, i.e, 3 or 4 uses and then the tip is worn down. That makes it pretty expensive per use! No sharpener either. Waste of money unfortunately because the product itself would be great if only the dispensing pencil worked properly.
