I've tried both the shampoo and conditioner and they didn't make a difference, my hair still felt dry. A lot of people say this brand has made their hall fall out but my hair was completely fine. They smell great. There's probably better shampoos out there

It's a nice shampoo - it smells fantastic and my hair feels nice and soft afterwards. I don't really think it does anything spectacular, but it's a great staple
