Before any other deodorant, I would always constantly be obsessed with the scent under my arms. This deodorant allows me to go about my day confidently without the fear of having bad odor. I almost went 48hrs without having to apply this. This stuff works wonders for me. I can now enjoy being active without having to reapply and clean my underarms.

I saw only 2 five star reviews so I figured I'd give my input too. This is one of the only clinical deodorants that make my B.O. worse almost immediately. It smells horrible and the deodorant only comes out of two of the 30 holes on the top. Would not ever buy again or use even if it was an emergency. Go get dove or any other clinical brand.

I have been using Mitchum's Clinical Care antiperspirant since beginning menopause. That was 11 years ago and it's still my go-to brand.

I've been using Mitchum deodorant in the powder fresh scent for over 10 years and it's my holy grail. Tbh probably just for the scent however the clinical version actually lasts all day and night and I can't go without it. Highly recommend if the scent works for you and you need sweat protection all day long. I tried the solid version several years ago until I discovered the "clinical oxygen" version which is basically the same scent but an upgraded formula. It's very smooth, comfortable, isn't drying but still provides excellent defence. Will purchase forever
