At first, I tried to clean my ear mechanically using an earwax cleaner. It removed most of the wax, but not the deeper buildup, so my right ear still felt clogged. I then switched to using ear drops, and after applying them four or five times, my hearing finally cleared up.

Had clogged left ear tried olive oil didnt work bought this and follwoed instructions and a huge wax ball fell out of my ear eaving me with amazing hearing :)

This product worked and restored my hearing. Be patient and repeat the instructions. In my case it took several applications of the product and flushes. My hearing was restored in my left ear on the 2nd day and the buzzing stopped

I had a clogged ear for a few weeks. I ordered this out of desperation as I had very low hearing out of my right ear. I put the drops in waited 5 minutes followed by about 20 warm water flushes and a rather large and gross piece of ear wax came out. I had to wipe quite a few times with a tissue to dislodge. 100% hearing restored after one treatment. Best money spent for a quick solution.

I had a sudden ear blocked sensation in the night and I used this product after consulting the pharmacist on the next day. The 1st use didn't clear up the ear wax build up, however after the 2nd use it helped clear out a chunk that was causing my ear the discomfort. Highly recommended.

I had a complete blockage in one ear and I wasn't sure what it was from. There was no pain but I could not hear anything out of that ear. I had never had these symptoms before, so I wasn't sure if it was even a wax problem. The first time I used this product, it temporarily opened up my ear but it closed again about 20 minutes later. The second time I used it (the day after), it completely unclogged my ear and cleaned out a huge build up of wax. Extremely impressed with this product and I would recommend trying this first before going to visit a clinic or professional.

This product made my ear wax issue far worse. After two days of application my ear is completely compacted, I can't hear out of the ear and the pressure in my head is like torture. Perhaps it works eventually but in the past I would have a doctor remove the wax in their office and it was always immediately relief. I see others reviews saying this worked, for me it was a disaster.

I had ear blocked. Couldn't hear clearly. There was infection inside. Didn't want to go to the doctor. Used this and ear got fine in 2 days. I didn't use water though. I feel water can increase infection if u have pain. Just put it in the ear with ear upside. Let it work for 5 to 10 minutes, keep a towel or something and turn around so that it can come out. It will bring all the bad stuff with it.

I had a serious issue with ear wax and pain!! If the ear wax is hard it may take couple of minutes and you can try again to clean your ear with the water pump!! I cleaned up my ear nothing came out but after 10-20 minutes I felt something is coming out. I cleaned and wax came out!! Just remember to use hot water and you may feel dizziness after wax comes out!!
