I was genuinely surprised to see low ratings on this product and upon further investigation people are giving it low scores because it's "hard to dispense". I guess you do have to push a little harder than usual, which for some is an issue. I will gladly put a bit more effort into squeezing because the results are fantastic. I have really dry lips and I have tried everything but nothing has worked like these balms. Very hydrating, no nasty taste, long lasting, and affordable. Highly recommend.

I adore this formula, it is so rich and thick, it always leaves my lips so soft. The colour payoff is also great and doesn't disappear in 5 minutes like most lip glosses/balms. However, the tube is awful. If the product is at all cold, it is extremely difficult to squeeze out. I've gotten around this by keeping it in a pocket when I'm using it, which keeps it warm enough to easily dispense.

Love this product, but I literally have to use both hands to get the product out. Please fix this issue...

I don't care how difficult people claim it is to get this product to come out i love it. It leaves my lips so soft and conditioned. And the coloered ones leave such a beautiful sheer flush of color.

Susan Yara DELIVERED on these balms! They're thick but not sticky, deeply hydrating, perfectly shiny, and the color is just enough to add a little sumpin' sumpin without being overly dramatic. My ONLY critique is the packaging. The applicator is amazing but the formula is so thick, it's hard to squeeze out of the tube without fear of it rupturing. Wouldn't deter me from repurchasing, but something to consider if looking to make changes to packacking.

i don't know if it's because it's too cold in Canada, but it feels like the product is frozen. So hard to squeeze out!

I never leave reviews so you know this formula is good! These lip balms are super hydrating, thick, rich, and leave a nice tint and protective layer on the lips. If I were to change anything, if would be the packaging. Since the balm is so thick, I am afraid the tube will pop (this has happened with one of the balms I purchased from them in the past). To dispense the product, I slowly apply pressure from the bottom of the tube and work the product towards the applicator. Overall: Great formula, good product, and packaging that could use a wider dispenser for the applicator!
