It's done the opposite, it's balanced my skin so beautifully. I get compliments all the time on how great my face looks. It does exactly what it's supposed to. I just out a nice sunscreen on over it if I'm going out in the sun. Love this product.

neostrata.com/I used this cream everyday for years until it was reformulated. Now it goes on like clown paint, doesn't absorb and clumps up until you have little white balls all over your face. When the cream was good, I would get at least two compliments a week from complete strangers on my skin. This product has been ruined with the new formulation. Such a shame.
