It feels good going on, however I don't feel much moisture after. It gives kind of a sticky feel before I add my moisturizer. I will say it does layer well.

The only thing wrong with this product is the eye dropper. Why eye-dropper instead of a pump bottle like many of Neutrogena's other products? The eye dropper is very inconvenient to use. Over my many years of using various beauty products, I know how much of a product to use based on its consistency, so the eye-dropper is completely unnecessary if its purpose is to distribute the correct amount to use.

Just finished using it today. I really like that the container had its own button that helps suck up the serum into the straw(?). It helps to control the amount of serum I want to put on my face at a time. It was good for hydration. It's hard to find products that dont hurt my skin while being functional for other reasons, but this one was quite soothing. I think it's worth a try if you are looking for a decent product for your sensitive skin.
