Since I was getting started by eating healthier I decided to purchase a box to see if it worked. At first I didn't see any difference. Now I can tell it is working after watching what I eat and get more exercise. There is no magic bullet here but I can verify that it is making a difference. I have bought it for over a year now and a blood test showed that the results are positive. I will keep on taking it as long as I can, eat healthy, and exercise. This is a 5 star product inn my life.
