This stuff is very useful in the transition from smoking/vaping to being nicotine free, I have used this along with the patches.

Very good for helping quit vaping, the flavour is good but can taste harsh. But I prefer it to other flavours or brands I've tried. I do wonder how I'm going to quit this now though!

This truly is an amazing product for anyone looking to quit smoking or vape and I guarantee that it will satisfy your cravings instantly. I've used lots of NRT and found this the most effective by far. What angers me more than anything, given how effective these products are for anyone looking to improve the quality of their health, is the cost. I spent more using these than I did smoking and I'm still addicted to nicotine. Brilliant product but unreasonably overpriced.

Guessing all of the bad reviews are using the product incorrectly. You don't spray it to the back of your throat, spray it on or under the tounge. Much prefer the berry flavour to the mint and has helped to quit.

Gave up smoking last November using nicotine patches and now use Nicorette QuickMist when cravings hit. I prefer the Cool Berry flavour to Freshmint. It's easy to use and works really well. I smoked around 40 cigarettes a day for over 50 years, so this has been a great help. Best thing I ever did.

This is really good stuff and I've felt the relief from cravings. The best place to aim for is under the tongue rather than the cheek. I found I was swallowing the mist when I used it side my cheek, which then made me violently sick. I use it under the tongue, don't swallow so thee is time for the mist to be absorbed. I don't swallow the mist now, so no more throwing up! Also by not swallowing, there is no bitter taste etc. I now swear by the mist.

Didn't help. The design if nice but the taste is horrible and if the spray gets out of your mouth it irritates. So I would not recommend not worth it.

The flavour is too strong. The first time I have used it, the little amount sprayed in my mouth made me coughing for several minutes. I kept it on me for a week, but after few time I have used it, the burning way too much and uncomfortable for me. I haven't finished the content and stopped using it

I received this product at a discount for an honest review. This has been a lovely surprise. It has a clean fresh flavour which doesn't linger and the nicotine kicks in very quickly. I prefer it to the gum because it doesn't cause a sensitivity to the teeth. My only reservation is that repeated use can cause some heart burn type symptoms.

Was great help with the start to stop but didnt last to long for me personally sorry but taste was great to along them lines but not for me just that way
