How to use
Spray 1-2 Sprays of NICORETTE® QUICKMIST® into your mouth whenever you would normally smoke a cigarette or have cravings for a cigarette. Use the second Spray if your cravings do not disappear within a few minutes. If 2 Sprays are required, future doses may be delivered as 2 consecutive Sprays. You may use a maximum of 4 Sprays per hour. The maximum daily dose is 64 Sprays per day. Do not exceed this maximum.

I've used lots of NRT and found this the most effective by far. What angers me more than anything, given how effective these products are for anyone looking to improve the quality of their health, is the cost. I spent more using these than I did smoking and I'm still addicted to nicotine. Brilliant product but unreasonably overpriced.

It's easy to use and works really well. I smoked around 40 cigarettes a day for over 50 years, so this has been a great help. Best thing I ever did.

nicorette.co.uk/This is really good stuff and I've felt the relief from cravings. The best place to aim for is under the tongue rather than the cheek. I found I was swallowing the mist when I used it side my cheek, which then made me violently sick. I use it under the tongue, don't swallow so thee is time for the mist to be absorbed. I don't swallow the mist now, so no more throwing up! Also by not swallowing, there is no bitter taste etc. I now swear by the mist.

I kept it on me for a week, but after few time I have used it, the burning way too much and uncomfortable for me. I haven't finished the content and stopped using it

I prefer it to the gum because it doesn't cause a sensitivity to the teeth. My only reservation is that repeated use can cause some heart burn type symptoms.
