I love being able to make my own ice cream at home, with ingredients I know. This machine is very easy to use and to clean. The controls are very simple and easy to use as well. The only thing I don't love is how loud it is when you're using it. But results make up for that!

Blake came off of my machine and ground metal shavings into my ice cream. after replacing the same thing happened.... Honestly a food safety issue but customer service just blew me off.

I absolutely love my Ninja CREAMi and use it ALL the time! It has easily become one of my favorite kitchen appliances, especially because I love experimenting with healthier homemade ice cream recipes. I've made so many different creations with it already—caramel hazelnut, vanilla yogurt, a healthy Nutella-style ice cream, classic vanilla, cookies & cream, double chocolate, and even watermelon sorbet! Everything has been a healthier version while still being absolutely delicious. What impresses me the most is the consistency and texture you can get, even when using healthier ingredients. The blending is excellent, and after using the right setting (and sometimes a re-spin), my ice creams come out incredibly smooth and creamy. The creaminess genuinely makes some of my healthier recipes feel like regular full-fat ice cream. I also love being able to adjust recipes and still get a great consistency instead of ending up with something icy or hard. Unfortunately, the CREAMi I originally had stopped working, so I contacted Ninja customer service and explained what was happening. They asked me a couple of questions to figure out the issue, and once they determined there was a problem with the machine, they quickly arranged a replacement for me. The entire process was fast, easy, and honestly one of the best customer service experiences I've had with a company. They handled the issue without making it complicated or stressful, and my replacement was taken care of very quickly. I already loved my Ninja CREAMi because of how much I use it and how versatile it is, but knowing Ninja actually stands behind their products makes me feel even better about purchasing from them. Great consistency, amazing creaminess and texture, excellent blending, and fantastic customer service. I genuinely use this machine constantly and would 100% recommend it!

I large the machine however it is very loud and often sounds like it is going to blow up.
