I have loved this coffee maker for 4 years. This is the upgraded version of the old one we also had for 4 years prior. Both machines died at 4 years old. I wish they would last longer. We didn't really use the espresso side, because it only opened the pod sometimes and was more of a hassle to buy the pods. I do not recommend this for espresso purposes. Good for drip coffee. Eventually it won't brew full cups or pots, then will start having random powering on and off issues by itself, then RIP. I wish they would send me a replacement, but they won't. I'm only offered a small discount for the same machine. Not the best customer service for a dedicated ninja coffee family.

My fiancé gifted this to me for Christmas and I was ecstatic. It worked perfectly…until it didn't. A little over a year later (outside of warranty because of course) I started getting the ADD WTR error message when the reservoir was full. I tried turning it off and on and unplugging it and nothing worked. I went through troubleshooting and again no change. I reached out to customer support and we were able to work it out and I received a new unit. This one was much louder and I thought maybe I had been sent a refurbished unit but it worked so I let it go. I've had this unit roughly 3 months and I'm again getting the ADD WTR error message with a full reservoir. Both times the grounds side was totally fine but what's the point in buying a machine that brews espresso pods if that side of it doesn't even work? I have a whole jar of Nespresso pods that I can't even use because the machine won't brew them. Less than 2 years and 2 machines with the same issue and I'm pretty irritated. I realize this is very much a 'first world problem' but this thing was expensive and I can't be buying a new machine over and over that would be insane. The whole point was to make coffee at home instead of spending money at coffee shops. I have several other Ninja and Shark products and we considered switching over the air fryer and toaster to Ninja as well but if the products stop working after a year why would I bother? They're missing out on money by cheaping out during manufacturing and charging a fortune for products that don't work. I would've rated it one start because of these issues but the customer service representative I spoke to for the first one was phenomenal.

I love this machine.. not too big & fits well in my kitchen. Easy to use too

Ninja offered up to 50% off another product, but the Luxe Café and Auto Barista machines are excluded—even though Ninja advertises those machines alongside the Barista System as part of its espresso and coffee lineup. That means the discount doesn't apply to the current machines we would actually consider as a replacement. After having two Barista Systems fail with essentially the same problem in just over two years, this was a very disappointing resolution.

I bought this 29th of September 2025, it stopped working 12th September 2026. Not good quality for ninja would expect the product to last longer than this. Due to miscommunication on the phone due to the poor signal during the video call. I have disposed of the appliance, as it was dangerous shorting out while trying to make the coffee. And they needed the device back, to issue a new one. However I couldn't hear on the phone and I wasn't send a returns label. So at an utter loss now. But anyway don't expect a ninja product to break within a year

Article complet et qualitatif. Parfait avec plusieurs modes de mouture pour l'infusion du café. Usage parfait avec les capsules type Nespresso. J'ai fait appel au SAV pour un accessoire manquant. En 10 mns réponse favorable et commande accessoire offerte.. Impeccable je recommande vivement !

Biggest waste of money ever. The espresso side doesn't puncture the capsule. So you get hot water. I have ran the clean cycle 3 times and it's still not making espresso.

Excellent produit, dommage que les capsules s arrête a 110ml est qu'il ne soit pas possible de mettre des capsules xxl sinon je suis ravie de mon achat
