I have used this product for 20 years. The "new" clear formula has a noticeably different scent. I also noticed my face was very dry after using it. Disappointed, and looking for a different product. Bring back the old and better formula, and give us a refund for this inferior knockoff product.

The new formula is terrible. Please bring back the old blue formula. I switched to another brand until you do.

This new formula feels inauthentic to the Nivea brand and a complete departure from the venerable and superior formula that loyal users have trusted and revered for many years. Like the countless who are leaving their grievances, I too (after ~20 years) will be looking for an alternative, though begrudgingly. The performance of the new formula falls short in all ways as others have described. The product has become outright inferior and the new scent and notable after-feel differences undoubtedly seal its fate for the Nivea loyalists. If this is an indication of Nivea's "new direction" then I will be taking my own as well.

As others have mentioned, the new clear formula seems inferior to the previous blue-colored formulation I used for 10 years.

The reformulation of this product is just awful. The worst attribute in my opinion, is the excessively slimy texture. I had been a heavy user of this product for many years but will not be purchasing it again.

I used the old product forever. At least a decade. This new product is completely inferior to the old product. I hate when I need to find a new product, but I guess that is where I am at. Very disappointed.

My boyfriend is very bad at remembering to use facial care but I reminded him after every shower and it eventually became a routine. About a week and a half into use it I noticed a very big difference in his acne, especially around his beard. Using it regularly his acne looked so much better and his face even looked less red

I had ordered 4 new face wash's and when i received them, i was very disappointed in what I believe is their new formula. Very watery product and has no viscosity at all. Not sure if they were trying to save money, but this is not a product that satisfies its long standing customers. Time to return the product for a refund...

I have used this product for years, and loved it. The new formula is inferior in every way. It's runny, and does not work as well. I will be switching to a new brand.

It leaves the skin feeling baby soft even after the textured skin from all the shaving.
