The old product I would give a 5 star. The new is complete trash! PLEASE PLEASE GO BACK! Sand beige was my absolute favorite.

Whenever I find this shade I buy in bulk lol I've been wearing Sand Beige since high school and it's become my signature look. Formula is perfect matte yet creamy. Long wear , and affordable.

Please go back to the old formula! I have been using this for years and loved it but since you changed the formula it's not the same. please, please, please go back to the original formula.

I LOVE this lip liner! I can even wear it as lipstick. It works and stays better than most matte lipsticks. Fantastic pigment!! I color in all of my lips, then a minute or 2 later I put a thin layer of a peachy pink shimmer lipstick. PERFECT! I stays for hours if I don't drink too much water. The liner does break off a bit almost every time so I try to not put too much pressure on the liner when applying. All retractable lip liners break off like that here and there. The only ones that don't a super hard pencils which I can't stand because they hurt and pigment is light.

Very disappointed that the Sand Beige color has changed. It used to be more pigmented, darker color that would go on smoothly. This new color is definitely lighter and not nearly as pigmented. Such a disappointment. If I knew the color was going to change, I would have stocked up. Please bring back the old Sand Beige!!!

I have been using Sand Beige color for years and would buy 5 or 6 at a time. The color is much lighter now and I do not like it. Why did you change the formula? Please bring back previous shade.

These lip liners are my holy grail!! For the past month I've been on the hunt for my holy grail shade cocoa and haven't been able to find it anywhere. Now I check the site and the shade doesn't even show up at all??? NYX what's going on with cocoa?! Is it being discontinued and why!!!? I kinda want to cry lol but seriously. What's going on???

This is the first time that I've tried your retractable lip liner and I'm very disappointed. Every time I use it, it breaks off. I've used a retractable lip liner forever so I know not to twist it up too high. I purchased 4 retractable lip liners in different colors but have only used one so far. I'm hoping this is the only one with this problem.

This lip pencil is a great buy! It stays on almost 8 hours without reapplying
