I purchased two of these belts in December. One was for myself after a car accident and the second one was a birthday gift for my son in January. He used his for two weeks and the Velcro would no longer hold it in place. I contacted Homedics and they agreed to replace it, which they did, however, the same thing happened after two weeks. Now mine is doing the same thing. Shopper's will not accept a return for refund and Homedics will not refund although the warranty says they will and I am stuck with these belts, which provide excellent relief if they would just stay on. I would not take a chance on this product. I have lost almost $400.00.

Loved this massager! Unlike most back massagers instead of a handheld tool I like the belt to secure the placement of the massage. It is very easy to assemble and easy to use. Love the different modes and heating feature especially when your back needs the extra TLC. This would make a great gift for anyone who could use the self care!

I get to try this massager and the things which I really love about this product is that it is very portable massager. I can work and take care of my back pain both at the same time. The heat feature is the best feature. During my period the heat and the massage gives me some relief. Some down side of this massager is that it just vibrates so doesn't give best pain relief. Also it would be great if it shows what speed I am on. The heat turns off by itself after some time.

I was very excited to sample this product! I have other massage products, like the theragun, and was happy to see this was designed for the back which can be a difficult area to reach with other products. Unfortunately this product didn't live up to my expectations and while it felt nice, it certainly didn't provide much of a massage. If you are looking for something very gentle, this might be for you but if you want any massage benefits to your muscles, it's likely not the product for you.

My lower back has been killing me for a while now and this arrived just in time! I love the fact that I can wear it while I'm getting ready for work! It's also perfect that it has 3 components (massage, compression and heat) which you can use separately or all together! Only thing tho, they sent me L/XL, and I think the S/M would fit better on me.

Good quality massage belt. A little bit heavy/bulky so not the most comfortable to use while resting/sitting down but otherwise works well.

I really liked using this portable back massager. The air compression helps to make it a perfect fit around my waist and the massager fits snuggling to my back. There are several different pulse massaging levels and the heat feels great on my sore back. It's actually very light weight and great to wear around the house. Great massager, unfortunately the belt did not have enough adjustment for me but wi was able to use without on my lower back, shoulders with ease. The heat is great and the option to apply more pressure is great. Easy to use and charge, would recommend for sure
