Received this toothbrush as a Christmas gift from my husband. I bought him the earlier model the year before and it is still going strong. The battery on mine started fading earlier this year and now won't charge at all. Called Oral B for assistance and was told it was out of warranty. This is one of the most expensive toothbrushes on the market and totally not worth it. Unfortunately I just bought a package of very expensive replacement heads. I'd love to return them. I am going back to my 15 year old Sonicare, which is still going strong.

Ma brosse à dent fait des algues noires qui se détachent chaque fois que je la rince. Je détache la brossette chaque fois, je fais sécher la tête en bas, je change de brossette régulièrement, rien ne reglé le problème. Le dentiste m'a recommandé un produit qui se prétend haut de gamme mais j'ai l'impression de me mettre un bout de marais dans la bouche à chaque brossage. Je ne recommande pas. Si non, gardez votre facture d'achat précieusement.

I love oral b, my first electric tooth brush is still around it just wont hold a charge after 10 years so i bought a new one. I bought the 8 in purple 3 years ago-ish. It stopped holding a charge. Disappointing. I dont have a receipt from 3 or 4 years ago so im screwed. Thanks.

This is my second IO in 2 years. Both bricked, seemingly because of water getting in. The second time , we were careful not to rinse the body of the unit, and yet it still bricked from normal rinsing of the head and wiping of the body.

Produits ultra performant et intelligent. Je ne regrette pas d'avoir économiser pendant un an. Très bon produit.

Boite de transport fermé pas d'aération donc moisissures sur la brosse à dents. Brosse non hygiénique trop d'endroit inaccessible pour le nettoyage approfondie donc moisissures sur le caoutchouc de la brosse impossible à enlever par la suite. Sav assez mauvais plus de 10 jours pour la réception et 3 semaine pour une non réparation reçu dans un emballage complètement vide et cassé

Très mauvais et aucune indications techniques sérieuses ( durée batterie, temps de charge) SAV injoignable avec réponses de robot de Non IA. La brosse à dents manuelle est nettement supérieure
