OralB.com***UPDATE 15 April 2026 *** I posted an angry review yesterday. I got a response saying that further help was available, that I should call the Customer Service number. I called just now. The very nice representative told me that the only thing she could do was to help me send my third toothbrush handle to the service center. In other words, she couldn't do anything I wasn't already doing. I don't understand why P&G would tell me that further help was available when it's not. *** ORIGINAL REVIEW 14 April 2026 *** These handles last about 6 months, at best. I've returned one twice under warranty, and now I have to do it a third time. Granted, they've sent new ones both times, but this is ridiculous.

I love the app feature that shows cleaning coverage to assist in getting even brushing across all teeth, accompanied with the pressure monitor to show if your brushing to hard or light. The website says the battery should last two weeks brushing twice a day which i think i am on track for. My only gripe is not having a rechargeable travel case or the option to buy one when purchasing. Overall i think its a great product
