Attention ces brossettes ont changé !

oralb.frJ'utilise les brossettes ultimate clean depuis des années et j'ai toujours été ravis du brossage parfait et de leur durée de vie (4 mois). Mais depuis l'année dernière ces brossettes ont totalement changé. Elles sont vraiment nulles, elles durent à peine 1 semaine, font mal aux gencives, et n'enlèvent plus la plaque de façon irréprochable comme les anciens modèles. Les anciens modèles Ultimate Clean sont d'ailleurs quasiment impossible à trouver, si vous avez de la chance vous pouvez peut être encore les trouver en pharmacies qui ont des stocks anciens (les poils intérieurs étaient bleus turquoises, les nouvelles sont bleus clairs). Un réel dommage, une catastrophe alors que ce produit était révolutionnaire, il est devenu complètement nul pour l'hygiène, et je vais devoir dire adieu à Oral B.

OralB.comI bought the six pack of the ultimate clean refills. Each one (on my 3rd refill now) has only lasted less than 30 days before the blue had disappeared from the head! What the heck?! I've always ordered the plaque removal style prior with each lasting well beyond 30 days. Please exchange these and replace with the plaque ones. Can't afford to be replacing a head every month. By the way, I LOVE my iO 7 brush! Hygienist has a positive comment on my brushing each time I go for my 6 month cleaning. 70 years old and proud of my teeth and Oral B, except for these ultimate clean refills. I have included pics too.

OralB.comI just unpacked the Oral-B iO Sensitive Gentle Care refill heads, and I'm really impressed! The packaging looks clean and premium, and the brush heads themselves feel very high-quality. They click onto the iO handle perfectly and look exactly like the original ones. After trying them, I noticed how soft and gentle they are — perfect for sensitive gums, but still clean really well. I love that they don't feel harsh or scratchy at all. Definitely a great purchase, and I'll be ordering these again!
