Comfort Plus is definitely not the same as Pro-health Comfort Plus. The floss is totally different, does a horrible job, and can easily cut your gums. I have used the Pro-health Comfort Plus for several years and really liked it; now I have to search a better floss than your new one.

Great product but I have a defective container. I need to use the tape type of floss to get between my teeth. The lid won't close, I can't stop the floss from continuing to pull out. In the past I could squeeze the front of the container to stop/hold the floss from continuing. I'm giving a 1 star because of the container not the floss.

I have used the Oral B Pro Health Comfort Floss for several years, and I LOVED it - so much so that I brought my own floss even to the dentist. Last month I purchased the product again, and noticed a package redesign. I was sad seemed to learn that the product had also been redesigned, and it is terrible. The floss is no longer soft and it tears and shreds constantly. I asked the dentist about it thinking maybe she had a recommendation, and she explained that many clients have been complaining of this change. I will attempt to get my money back. This product deserves 0 stars.

I really enjoyed using this floss. It glides easily between my teeth without feeling rough or uncomfortable, and I liked that it didn't shred easily while I was using it. The mint flavor was refreshing and left my mouth feeling extra clean after brushing.

If I could give this crap negative stars, I would. I couldn't find the Pro-health Comfort Plus a while back, so I bought whatever was in the gray container. It was straight up plastic and I hated it. I eventually found the Comfort Plus, but the packaging was slightly different, it no longer said Pro-health. I bought it thinking they had just changed the packaging. NOPE. This stuff is the plastic that was in the gray container. Same garbage. It is so rough on tight teeth, it gets stuck and SHREDS, or it finally "pops" down and slices your gum. Figure something else out Oral B! I'm never buying this crap again.

Bring back the OLD floss…. This new stuff does not glide easily as they claim…. The texture is like plastic and its not at all comfortable to floss with….. they ruined a once great floss….

The floss jammed on the last two dispensers I used. The floss didn't roll out. Instead, it jammed and the string did not move at all. I can understand one defective dispenser, but two makes me question your product.

I love this floss! Greast taste and very effective. The package is the perfect size to take anywhere you go. This is my go to floss always because it's effective and a good price

Good storage , easy to travel from and to everywhere , no leave any residue , excellent amlunto and durability, mint durability is excellent and good scent and overall quality

I used to only buy Oral B comfort plus. It was strong and fit in between my teeth without breaking. Why do you change it. I threw away the last two boxes of plastic cr __. Going elsewhere to look for something that works. What were you thinking?
