Works for me...and I'm a doctor
Got some mild OA due to a meniscal tear and scope to clean it up some 20 years ago. The nagging pain has improved considerably. Telling my patients to try it too. Most important is to take it daily for at least a month. Best to take it for 2-3 months minimal. PS I asked Grok AI and the science does support using it as well.
