Has magnesium oxide under ingredients
Magnesium oxide not recommended for health benefits as it's in blend form to this supplement. Choose 100% glycinate only.
Works great. But has oxide mg in it as well.
Never noticed a difference coming from pure magnesium. This is a 7:3 ratio of 2 different magnesiums. On my 3rd bottle, even tho I just found out this has a ratio I'm still going to keep buying it due to its consistent availability!
