How to use
RECOMMENDED DOSE — (ORAL) ADULTS ONLY: Spray 0.5 ml (4 sprays) 3 to 6 times per day in the mouth

Great product, especially the one with alcohol
If your throat is sore due to a virus infection (so not a bacterial infection), it will likely work great, meaning your pain will probably subside in one or two days. But if it is more serious, you'll probably need to see a doctor to get a throat swab test to figure out if you need antibiotics. In any event, this is an excellent first step to approach your sore throat symptoms. Plus, personally I love the propolis taste. I find the version with alcohol better because it freezes the pain.
Great throat spray
I have only used a few times for a sore spot in my mouth and the results was beyond my expectations. It eliminated the pain practically right away. I would definitely recommend the product.
