I bought this yesterday because so many people raved about it and how good it smells, so I was excited to try it. In the bottle, it smells really warm and almost like baked goods. When I put it on after my shower, it smelled incredibly artificial and almost chemical-y. It was so bad that I had to hop back into the shower to wash it off. I will be returning.

The product is 1st class and works better that anything else I have tried but the squeeze bottle is very wasteful as the cream is thick and so much remains in the bottle once the pump can no longer extract the cream

I bought this product yesterday but it doesn't look the same as the others Heal Softens Daily Skin Therapy, mine is bigger. I would love to know if this product was manufactured by Palmers company before I start using it.

I have been a Palmer's Cocoa Butter user since 2006. I'm such a fan, it's the only mousturizer I use. Its distinct fragrance is also another thing I love about it. I always rave about this product to my friends. However, my recent purchase with the new packaging did not have the same texture and the scent was so off! It was just greasy, not moisturizing and the smell was more petroleum-like, not its usual cocoa butter scent! I had to check the ingredient list again just to see if anything changed. I even sniffed the product and lid-- smelled like plastic. What happened Palmers?

Hello, I have VERY bad eczema on my hands. They've been covered in eczema, constantly, for about 2 years now. I've tried so many creams and none of them work for me in the long run. It's like my skin gets used to the lotions. I wasn't too sure about this product because I had never seen it before but oh my jesus. This moisturizer is a GOD SEND!!!!! My cracked, flaky eczema that's been on my hand for about 2 years is finally healing!!! Not only that, but it makes my eczema spots sooo soft. If you struggle with eczema, this is the go to product.

I've always been a Palmers cocoa butter user and loved it! As of recently I've been supporting black owned business but this is always a great item to have. It moisturizes, smells good, doesn't leave you with a funny feeling on the skin, no weird texture, no reactions (I have sensitive skin) and it's affordable.

Product is amazing keeps me moisturizer for hours and brings out the tone of my skin. I would recommend to anyone looking for a long lasting feel and a pleasant scent. Would definitely keep in my moisturizer routine. This and the SKINIMN is my favorite products.
