I LOVEEEEEEEE this conditioner. It makes my hair so soft and shiny. If I don't use it my hair usually gets dry! It doesn't weight your hair down either! Hear me out hereee 🫶🏼

I'll be honest it worked for three days by the fourth day I started losing hair like crazy I wish I was being dramatic but I started to find small patches, I had to change to a different shampoo thinking it was my hair but no it was Pantene shampoo If you love your hair don't use this shampoo it does more damage than any good

I was in Antigua, Guatemala and ran out of my usual conditioner. The pharmacy tech gave me this one and it was the most incredible product I'd ever tried. The smell was amazing too. I have 3b-3c curls and when I tell you it gave me the best slip ever…GIRL. BUT, I came home only to find out that it was discontinued. Firstly, if there WAS something wrong or unsafe with the formula why was it available in Guatemala still? That's scary. But also, if there was nothing wrong with it, why pull it? I'm so sad because I happened to love it only to be 4 years late to all the other 3-minute mask lovers who wrote their review :( Please reconsider.

I am so happy with this product. My hair is extremely curly, naturally, and this most definitely controls frizz, and the best part is, I don't need any other products now. I spray this before blow drying and then after. My hair has never looked better. It is lightweight, so it doesn't weigh down my hair. I absolutely love it. My hair also looks thicker for some delightful reason with this product. I'm already a Pantene shampoo and conditioner fan for years and got my son hooked on Pantene, too.

Hello. Thank you for your response. I tried the curl shampoo and conditioner and like that a lot better than the moisture shampoo that I was unhappy about. I am sorry I wrote such a bad review. The curl shampoo and conditioner doesn't make my scalp itch, hydrates my hair and defines my waves.

Pantene changed the " look" but also changed the formula. I got the new 72 hour lush shampoo moisture renewal, and it dried my hair out and also burned my scalp and it itches so bad. The old formula didn't do that and had been using it for years. I just ran out of the old formula that says 24 hour moisture. I got the new formula today and experienced this. I don't know what to do now. Why fix something that doesn't need fixed. Bring back the old formula.

Ingredients changed now my scalp stings. Hair fall is bad.

They messed with the ingredients and lost so many loyal customers. This was my HG conditioner for years but not it doesn't moisturize as well and it doesn't smell the same. Hair feels much more dry and it smells weird after being outside. Kinda like a wet dog smell. It never did this before. I saw a lot of people saying the problem is the glycerin they added, but there's also sodium chloride now too, PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK!

I've been using this shampoo for a while, actually since i had my bathroom done over and got new towels. The darker towels seem to be "bleached" , if you will. It's on the edge and in the middle, coinciding with where the towel would be on the back of my neck and then in the middle. Has anyone else had this problem. Finally, i had purchased nicer towels, only to be pretty sad when this happened.( I initially blamed my husband. He stopped using his body wash, but it just happened again) It's either this or Aveeno body wash. Help!!
