I wish the formula never changed. I used to buy 3 and 4 bottles at once before Pantene changed the formula and rebranded. Now it has more crunch and makes my scalp sensitive. Please bring back the old formula.

This conditioner is my favourite from Pantene, I've tried the daily moisture, repair and protect but the smooth and sleek has worked the best for my virgin dry hair! I will say repair and protect was amazing when my hair was dyed though. I like that the smooth and sleek is lightweight but it actually makes my hair so soft and doesn't feel heavy, I also use it everyday and it's been great!

I can't find this mousse any more. It's the only mousse that my hair loved for humid summers in Florida. It made my hair silky and shiny and no frizz. It enhanced my natural wave pattern and withstood hair being put up and taken down throughout hot summers. And the smell was so salon boutique and lasting. Please don't discontinue the only mousse left that wore in Florida.

I used the Pantene Pro-V Curly Mousse Original Formula and it was the best, my hair felt luxurious each use and the results were great and always dependable. Tried the new formula, it looks and feels different and doesn't work. I'm sure it works for some, but can y'all please bring back the original creamy mousse for those of us it works for.

I used to use this shampoo once per week and always loved it. I recently ran out of my "stash" from like a year ago and bought a new bottle at the grocery store. The very first time I used the new bottle, I noticed that it didn't rinse as easily as it used to, and I ended up with itchy scalp and dry, frizzy hair. The matching conditioner doesn't have as much slip as usual, and I found it extremely difficult to comb through in the shower. I can't believe that after being together since the mid-90s, this is how Pantene and I break up and go our separate ways. They say the formula is the same as always, but it very obviously is not!

Why are you not listening to us? Changing back to the old formula will not make you lose face- on the contrary, your sales will quadruple because we'll all be stockpiling in case you pulled another ill conceived formula change nobody asked for. You said you did it as a result of extensive customer research, but 300+ people have bothered coming on here to beg you to bring back your star product. And I guarantee there are thousands more who simply haven't bothered reaching out. I wonder how many customers you lost to Umberto Giannini… I understand that there are new fads re ingredients etc etc but curly girls struggle DAILY with hair styling and taking this product away from us is akin to that Friends episode where some crook tries to pass off Mocolate as Chocolate. It's insanity. You don't know how many lives you have ruined here. Ok first world problems big time- BUT STILL. I used to look AWESOME every single day. Now my hair is like meh. I will come on here periodically to write this exact review in hopes that you will finally do the right thing.

I've tried a lot of shampoos for thinning hair, and nothing compares to Pantene's Rice Water shampoo! Pantene, please don't discontinue this shampoo! Give it the advertising camps it deserves and women all over America will thank you.

Only used maybe 5-6x over the course of a month or so. Started noticing lots more hair coming off in my brush. Hairs splitting off leading to uneven ends. Noticed thinning as well, more space on scalp despite having high density hair. Extremely dry spots on my scalp and lots is flaky buildup. Itchiness after washing. Scalp over producing oil to try to help the dryness which caused greasy hair. Switched back to my normal Redken all soft and felt better immediately. This stuff is terrible for you.

I absolutely love this shampoo. I've been using it for years. I really scrub it into my hair and I let it soak in my hair for 5-10 minutes and it makes my hair smell amazing. Then I wash it out and add a little conditioner or none at all. It really makes my hair smell amazing. I love the scent is just clean not fruity, those are my favorite scents for soap or shampoo.

As a huge Pantene fan I need to bring this under your attention and send this back to you asap. I normally use your products and know them well.I purchased Smooth and Sleek shampoo and conditioner. Once I opened it to apply the conditioner was so watery and thin,not thick at all....not a pleasure to apply to my hair!
