Toothbrush barely lasted 2 years
Waste of money. This toothbrush barely lasted 2 years, and when I say barely- I mean it did not last 2 years. I have used this toothbrush normally as with any other toothbrush, and I have never even travelled with it bc I wanted to keep it safe. Only to realize one day that the material on the toothbrush it coming off, and the item randomly turned on and off by itself at night.
Great toothbrush - short longevity
Love the sonicare brushing motion which makes teeth feel crisp and clean. The timer is very helpful, too. HOwever, it did not last a year and it started making strange noises. I had registered it when i bought it so was able to get a new one under gaurantee. The woman on the helpline reset it first, but that didn't make a difference. The replacement was sent swifly but it lasted me less than 2 years (my Oral B lasted 8...). So great toothbrush but don't expect this model to last long.
