Cela fait un poil plus d'un an que je l'utilise et je vais devoir en changer, comme tous les ans, dommage le sav m'avait dit que sir ce modèle je n'aurais pas de problème...

philips.comAlthough it's a sophisticated product in terms of its collaboration with the Philips app, the device's physical design, i.e., the switches, is very poor, and you start having problems fairly soon. Unlike other legendary Sonicare toothbrushes, the switches on this device sink in when you press them, allowing toothpaste to go behind them; consequently, you have trouble turning it on or off. For this reason, I should give it one star and I've been very generous by the score I have given.

philips.comToothbrush itself does the well, teeth feel nice after the cleaning. What made me give a 3 star review is the travel case - the case is not convenient for carrying supplies. All that fits in it is the toothbrush and one brush head (without the cover on it). At minimum, it should be able to carry toothbrush, brush head with cover on, and the charging cord. Our previous Phillips travel case carried the brush, two brush heads with cover on, and the charging cord. The lack of space with this travel case is disappointing/inconvenient.

philips.comUsed once then it died. Toothbrush would not reset or hard reset. I returned it immediat and will purchase an Oral B. This is the third Phillips Sonicare toothbrush that has failed me. At least I got about 2 years out of my other Sonicares. No more.

philips.comI was excited to try the Series 7100, but it wasn't worth the extra cost for me. The cleaning doesn't feel much different from other Sonicare brushes I've used, and the app adds very little value beyond confirming you've brushed for the recommended time. I was also disappointed that it only comes with a USB charger, which isn't very convenient. Thankfully, it works with my older Sonicare plug charger. Overall, it's a good toothbrush, but I could have bought a cheaper Sonicare model and been just as happy.
