I've tried two liquid eye makeup removers and one was greasy and the other better but not great plus it tended to feel like I had it in my eyes. It is a good makeup removerWorks well on waterproof makeup.I gave it a 4 because the bottle is too small for the price. Also the lotion bottle needs to be kept upside down to get it to come out. But the product is great.

My only suggestion would be for the lotion to be less thick as it's really hard to squeeze it out of the bottle. But I found out if I store the bottle upside-down it works better.
