It was great until maybe the 5th time I charged it, suddenly it only works in 15 second bursts. From these reviews it's evident I'm not the only one who got a dud. I am seeking a refund or replacement.

This was a good lil toy while it worked but after having it for a few months and using it occasionally, it stopped working. It won't hold a charge and chugs then turns off. I would like to be contacted by Shopper's for a refund.

It was really great for the short time that it worked, but after about a month it will no longer charge, and is essentially garbage. Not sure if I got a lemon or not, but I would not recommend for this reason.

So ergonomic and easy to hold without vibrating hand. The pulses of air and various settings, at least 12, keep you guessing and aroused. In the first 30 seconds of using this device, I immediately decided to tell my closest girlfriends GET IT NOW!

I brought this toy some days ago charged it up but it's not powerful enough

I am new to toys, although I have recently tried 3. I was excited to get this and use it. As an older female, I tried it and oh did it feel great, but I want able to reach "O" after several tries. Then, I tried again and within 10 minutes it happened! The fastest, most intense O ever. Better than my husband. It's quiet and nobody suspects your using it. The pulsating air feels great on my private area. However, it quit working a few days ago and I may need to replace it because I'm hooked and I need it. Worth every penny. Would highly recommend Plus One Products, I have 3.
