I'm unsure if it's my anatomy, or if it's a result of the toy itself, but the toy is extremely dense. Almost uncomfortably dense. The pink toy that is similar to this one, by plus one, is really my favorite toy I've ever had the pleasure of using, but this toy honestly was really painful to use. It has a ball on the inside but it doesn't really even reach inside where it's supposed to (at least where I assume it's supposed to). I'm a bit dissatisfied with the product, but I love this company, and the others I've tried are beyond phenomenal.
