How to use
Recommended dose and duration of use: Adults 18 year and older: Take 2 tsp (5g) per day, mixed with 1 cup (250mL) of water or juice. For best results, take immediately before exercise. Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.

Consult a physician before using this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not exceed recommended dose or prolong except on the advice of a health care practitioner. To avoid dehydration always drink sufficient quantities of water throughout the day when taking creatine. May result in weight gain. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. Bitter Taste

realcanadiansuperstore.ca/enNormally I mix my creatine in my coffee or water. It is not tasteless, it does leave your beverage quite bitter. Unless you are mixing in a smoothie or fairly sweet beverage, get a different one. I will finish the container, but will not be buying again. The dose is also half the amount per scoop as the other brand I buy. Definitely do not want to add a second scoop of bitterness
What's the sweetener?
It must have an ingredient besides creatine, because it tastes like confectioner's sugar.
Doesn't Dissolve
It says "Quick Dissolving Powder". It does not dissolve at all. you have to keep it stirred up and then have silt in your mouth.
