How to use
Place gel spacer between big toe and second toe, with gel side facing second toe and fabric strip under second toe. Wrap around second toe, then around big toe. Wrap under and around third toe and fasten.
Warnings
If you have diabetes or poor circulation, consult your physician before using. If pain, numbness, or irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Not to be used as a bandage on broken skin. Do not wear for more than 18 hours continuously. Keep out of reach of children.
