I threw out the expensive custom made orthotics I was using after I bought a pair of these. In fact, bought two more pairs. Great shock absorption and arch support. Feet feel better. If you have a coupon for Bed, Bath , Beyond, they carry them.

They are making a positive difference in first day of use

profoot.comMy wife bought these for me to try. These are Mediums, and I'm putting them in a 9 1/2 size shoe. Within the first couple hours of walking, I can feel the difference, I feel comfort in my foot and less tension in my calves. It's subtle but noticeable. I like that these aren't thick, I usually have to remove the insert in my shoe to get a fit if the inserts are thick. This makes sense, the shape and padding are substantial enough to accomplish their purpose but not so thick they change the feel of the shoe. I will continue to wear them and see how they work out. So far so good!

What bad knees?

profoot.comI had ACL reconstruction surgery a year ago and I can't tolerate any of my shoes. I started using insoles and ended up "re-gifting" them after only hours of use. They were expensive, the hard plastic arches were unbearable. I found these at my local store and ended up giving them a shot. I went back the following day to get more, It was the first time my knees felt normal since surgery. I own a pair in each of my shoes at this point and I'm looking forward to trying the other products.The top fabric layer will peel off over time or washes. It has not made them any less effective, the foam was still intact and I wear them with socks anyways. I end up replacing them every few months in my everyday shoes/Athletic shoes. Highly recommend to my fellow friends with bad knees.

profoot.comThese inserts are too short for my size 6 (UK) or 39 (Europe), so average. So they're uncomfortable to wear since the end is under the ball of the foot. Wonder why they're so short.

profoot.comI purchased this one and the one for plantar. Neither one work and made my feet feel worse. When I went to my podiatrist he laughed and said what was I going to do with these. Then I went to the shoe store to get fitted for another pair of shoes he said I wasted my money. Would not recommend this product.
