How to use
(Women 50+): Take 1 capsule with breakfast, lunch and dinner for a total of 3 capsules per day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Use for at least 3 months to see beneficial effects.
Warnings
Do not use this product if you are pregnant. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or prior to use if: you are taking blood pressure medication, blood thinners, hormone-containing medications such as progesterone preparations, oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy; you are breastfeeding; you have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble; you have a history of non-melanoma skin cancer; you have a stomach/peptic ulcer or excess stomach acid, gallstones or a bile duct obstruction. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. May cause digestive problems.

Great Multivitamin
This great multivitamin is comprehensive and contains an all-in -one nutrients. Ideal for fasting during Lent or weight loss, menopause or getting old. Gives me all the nutrients, vitamins, herbs and plants I need. I noticed more energy and better health when I started using it. The only draw back is it's a bit pricey. I only take 1 per day and it seems to be ok and lasts for 2 month supply.
