How to use
Perimenopausal women: Take 1 tablet daily. Use for several weeks to see beneficial effects. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond one year.
Warnings
Do not use this product if you currently have or previously had breast cancer or if you have a predisposition to breast cancer, as indicated by an abnormal mammogram and/or biopsy, or if you have a family member with breast cancer. Ensure that you are up-to-date on appointed clinical tests such as mammograms and endometrial ultrasounds or biopsies before using this product. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if: You are taking hormone replacement therapy. You have a history of hormonal or gynecological disease (e.g. ovarian cancer, endometriosis and/or fibroids). You are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner if: Symptoms persist or worsen. Sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia). Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience breast pain, discomfort, soreness and/or tenderness, abnormal uterine bleeding including spotting and/or recurrence of menstruation in postmenopausal women. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs.

Not Impressed
As a 52 year old woman I jumped at the chance to try a free 30 day supply of Promensil. I do not suffer from hot flashes but have had other chances in my body such as thinning hair, brittle nails and restless sleep. I did not find that this product did anything to relieve any of those symptoms.
I will buy this again and again
I took one tablet at bed time and within the first four or five day I started noticing a difference in my sleep and definitely an improvement in my night sweats.
Didn't help
I received this item free, as long as I wrote a review. I had high hopes for this product but unfortunately it made no difference to any of my symptoms. Some reviews have said that maybe it needs to be taken longer to see the effectiveness, but it says that you should notice a change within 4 weeks. Worth a try just to see if it works for you.
Natural Relief

Regulated my period
This has help me regulate my monthly period. I have endometriosis and my monthly period is extremely heavy flow and painful. When I took Promensil, it regulated my period and less pain

I tried it for the whole month and didn't notice any kind of difference while taking it. Maybe it will work for others? I am perimenopausal so there should have been some benefit. - Product gifted by Promensil.
Promensil perimenopause
I found relief from my hot flashes and sweat using this product, I thought I would never find anything to help with those uncomfortable times but this product is hands down absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend to others to try.
Amazing perimenopause product
I was taking valerian root before trying this product. Both above say they help with sleep and hot flashes. Personally I found this product more effective with both hot flashes/night sweats and sleep. I cannot say it has helped with anxiety/stress but I suffer from ptsd, anxiety and depression so I really didn't expect it to help or at least enough for me to notice. I haven't experienced any side affects from using this product. I should also add that I love that this product is made from natural ingredients as I am trying to get off of as many "pharmaceutical " drugs as possible. Only negative is I wish this was more affordable.
Helps with symptoms
I found that this product works well before during and after all symptoms. I will definately continue to use it.
