I used this product as a preventative measure in the hopes of preventing infections. While the product was easy to use and directions were clear, I am not sure how to determine its effectiveness.

Because of recurring issues, I decided to try this treatment. This is a twice a day application by insertion. I was relieved to have noticeable improvements of my symptoms after just 3 days of using the treatment. The treatment can get messy, so plan accordingly. I highly recommend this product for this health issue.
