To begin with the positive points: I like the dual-ended design. The brush tip is very soft and quite dense. Meanwhile, the rubber tip strikes a good balance between soft and firm, but I question whether it's actual silicone (as the brand claims) rather than another material like PVC. To the best of my knowledge, genuine silicone always has at least a slight cloudy/milky appearance, even at its clearest. I could be wrong. The most glaring problem is that the caps do not want to stay on this product. They should slide into place and fit snugly, but they fall right off at the slightest provocation. I wish they were sized and shaped properly, or else they could snap into place or have a magnetic closure. As it is, the applicator has a very chintzy feel and I plan on returning it. There are plenty of Quo products that range from good to excellent, but this one is a miss.
