I got this dryer as an exchange from a different dryer that was purchased. The other dryer I got was awful so I thought I would try this one. The one is great, heat levels are great, power levels are good. The attachments are secure and all do their expected job. As a curly gal, I mainly use the diffuser attachment. It is good and works well. I am happy with the product and would recommend it to others.
