I have tried just about every type of foundation brush out there from drugstore priced all the way up to Kevin aAcoiun. This is a very good brush for a reasonable price even better if you can get it on sale. It is described as being a combination between a brush and a sponge applicator. I don't know if I agree with that description, but it does seem to work in place of both of these items so you only need the one after applying and blending my foundation to remove any streaks or marks that I have or to add a bit of extra coverage. I have mature skin, so it's not perfect and this brush flexes through it all and does a great job in a reasonable amount of time. A repurchase is in my future So I have an extra when they're in the wash

I have had the pro series foundation buffer brush 12 for about a year and use it every time I wear foundation. I have used it with high-end Estée Lauder and less expensive L'Oreal. With liquid and balm formulations. It makes it all look better, more even, and no streaks. I even used it to evenly apply tinted sunblock. I am 50 years old, have earned some wrinkles, and still sometimes have to hide a blemish. I typically start by brushing on in circles, and then finish by stippling a very light amount of extra foundation. Fabulous!

This brush is unreal. A game changer. Flawless finish every time. I get so many compliments on my complexion since using this brush. I've always used a typical liquid foundation brush (applying Estée Lauder stay all day liquid foundation) and this has brought me into a whole new world. Level up. My sister used mine once and went out and bought one too. 10/10 recommend. You won't regret it!
