This hairdryer is good but the black nozzle piece does not fit in right and if you touch it in the slightest way it will fall off. This is really annoying so I wouldn't recommend this product.

Great price but it turns out I got what I paid for. Even at the highest setting, it's not hot enough. My hair frizzes as a result. It's not even as hot as my small Conair travel dryer! I'm so disappointed because I had high hopes. Also as another reviewer mentioned, the attachment falls off really easily and doesn't stay on.

This product dies on low if over used in a short amount of time. You won't get your money back and be given $25 gift card for any undue stress. Handled through online customer service not in person.

The high speed is very loud and high pitched sound. Should not have to pay hundreds of dollars for a blow dryer. Beauty industry is out priced.

They are claiming the air filter is "easy to remove for cleaning". Having tried to open it from the filter end it's actually impossible and requires taking the whole hair dryer apart using a screw driver. Taking a hair dryer apart like this renders it useless.

I bought this hairdryer when I cut my hair short, and although the actual airflow is amazing, I'm completely frustrated that the attachment at the front won't stay on. I need that small air director for styling my hair, but it falls off five or six times each time I'm drying my hair. Had I realized this, I never would've bought this blow dryer and would have returned it immediately. Unfortunately I didn't keep the receipt because I've never had a problem like this before. My mistake, but if you're looking to ensure that the air director stays on the nose of the dryer, Then pass on this model.

I have always had a traditional type hairdryer, but with the tourmaline ceramic it's different, at first it seem like it didn't get hot enough, but after a few seconds it does warm up and is working very well. I had to get used to how it works, but now that I understand how this type hairdryer works, and is better for my hair, I just love it!

The wind is powerful which I liked, but doesn't get hot enough so takes longer to dry hair compared to my other one. Also feels light and plastic feels cheap. I returned it.
