The scent is very calming and has a soothing effect on my body and mind, helps creating a calming and relaxing before bed time routine. getcaddle.comThe Lavender scent feels very luxurious and calming rather than overly floral and strong. It smells expensive and spa like. It absorbs nicely without leaving a greasy feeling. I don't know that the melatonin is noticeable and helps me sleep any better but it is still a great addition to my nightly routine.

getcaddle.comI enjoyed the scent - it's a bit stronger than what I'm used to but I didn't mind. I like the bottle and the nozzle at the top makes it easy for the oil to come out without too much coming out. Overall excellent for a store brand, seems just as good as the expensive brands.
