I decided to start using a retinol, but heard from a dermatologist that a low dose retinol is actually better, so you don't overwhelm your skin and can use it regularly without taking a break. She suggested a few options and I thought I would try Indeed Labs since they have the best price AND best packaging for a retinol (should not be in a jar or dropper as it should not be exposed to air or light). All I can say is I should have tried this sooner!!! Not only is it a nice creamy texture, and I haven't experienced any irritation even though I use it daily, I can actually tell it is making a difference and it's only been 3 weeks. My skin seems smoother, my makeup applies better, and I can only imagine how amazing my skin will be after using this for a few months. I can't believe this isn't flying off of the shelves, it is incredible!

I never write reviews but this product leaves my skin feeling amazing. I used to wake up and always have some dryness/build up even if I exfoliated the night prior. With this retinol I wake up and my skin is immediately soft and so smooth! Amazing price point as well.

I like this retinol. It is very tolerable and non-drying. The problem is with the pump. It doesn't work! I have to pump about 10-15 times before a smaller than pea size is delivered. I'm not sure I will be able to use even half the product unless I cut the tube open which is not a good thing to do with retinol as it will oxidize. Please find another delivery system for this product!

For the price, this is comparable to high end retinol products. I noticed a visible difference after one use. I have extremely sensitive & dry skin. I can't use most facial creams. It's not always because of scent so it's been trial & error for decades. This product did work well. I use only at night. Worked remarkably well on neck & décolletage area which for me is very sun/wind damaged after decades of motorcycling, gardening & other outdoor activities.

I have been using the retinol reface product for about a year now, and let me tell you! This is one of the first skin care products that I recognized real results. I suffer from extreme dry- sensitive skin, and unfortunately have had too many bad sunburns on my face. I was hesitant to try this product due to my sensitive skin... but as I slowly introduced it into my routine, I love it. Using it no more than 3 times a week at night, following with SPF every day. I recommend this product to everyone, it is gentle, free of fragrance, and really works!

I have bought this product repeatedly but the pump on the tube is hard to use and makes it difficult to use most of the product when close to empty. Can something be done about the type of container.

I recently bought this product and so far so good! Three weeks in and my skins surface is smoother and looks like my skin is renewing itself- pump is ridiculous..bot sure why the felt they should use it...you have to keep pumping at times to get the product out! I dont think I'll buy again because of the pump*****

I like the formula for this retinol, but the bottle is super annoying. A squeeze tube/pump bottle...WHY? After a couple uses having to squeeze the tube and use the pump at the same time is really annoying and often difficult. If they changed the bottle I would rebuy.
