For the price you pay for this Rimmel Lip 💋 liner, it works excellent. I simply take the pencil and line my lips then go down my lip lines several times with this clesr lip liner. Then I put my red or pink 💄 lipstick on. I am ready for the day. Love it. When I check 1 hour later, there is no evidence of lipstick going up my lip lines. Live this product.
