The eye cream and gel might be OK but after using it, if you put the inner seal down the wrong way, it is almost impossible to detach it. They need to improve the packaging.

Bought this specifically for the eyelid gel, but is terrible started liquifying very fast and became very watery. Could not apply properly. Plus the inner seal got stuck and had to pry off with plyers

Don't be fooled by the picture of the full jar! It comes half full. Some people saying that for the price point it's good product that works and I have seen some improvement but for price point and what you actually get you will be going threw one jar a month

Absolutely disappointed in the packaging of this product. I ordered, it arrived, I opened and then the disappointment! The jar inside the box isn't even 1/2 the size of the box. Why? The packaging of facial creams need to be regulated. It's false advertising. Facial creams are not cheap as it is. Then to open the box and find this tiny container was very annoying.

The product itself is great, fun to use, and I like having different formulations for my upper and lower eye. The cap on the product is awful. I have not travelled w/this product but place it on a counter w/my other skincare products. After applying the product sparingly, I began to notice flecks on my skin and other products that is rubbed against. The flecks were a nightmare to remove on my face. At first, I didn't know where it was coming from but found out it was from the lid of this product. I had to remove the lid and throw it away as the surface colour was rubbing off. This product would be fantastic but needs some work on the lid packaging to make it worth the money.

I am so happy more ROC products are available in Canada again! I find they really work and aren't that expensive either. For the price point I love this eye cream. I could feel the top gel lifting. I love it!
